Course Description: Learn how to create asynchronous technical support for others in your organization through the use of social networking and Web 2.0 tools! Through peer-to-peer engagement with others in this online course, you will create learning resources for colleagues in your own organization. Learning Objectives: This course focuses on ISTE’s 2008 NET Teacher Standard, Model Digital Age Work and Learning, Engage in Professional Growth and Leadership and ISTE NET Student Standards, 6) technology Operations and Concepts.
